«E S U» LLC carries out construction and assembly work on the installation of modular towns

«E S U» LLC, applying many years of experience and competence in construction, makes maximum efforts to speed up the resolution of critical issues of providing residential infrastructure to the civilian population, which suffered and lost housing as a result of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine.

At the initiative and financial assistance of the Government of Poland and in cooperation with the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, the Company is building modular towns for the temporary residence of internally displaced persons and persons affected by hostilities in various regions of Ukraine.

As of today, ten modular towns have been already built by «E S U» LLC in the cities of Borodyanka, Bucha, Makariv, Irpin, Gostomel (2 towns), Chernihiv and the region (4 towns).

Within the Program, and as an official partner of the Polish modular house manufacturer «MODULAR SYSTEM SP. Z O.O.», «E S U» LLC carries out construction and assembly work on the installation of modular towns.

It is planned to additionally build at least 15 modular towns in the next 2-3 months. This was announced by the Minister of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine, Oleksiy Chernyshov, as the Ministry’s press service reports.

Each town is designed for comfortable living of 352 people and consists of 88 residential and 72 auxiliary modules, including dining rooms, children’s rooms, shower rooms and toilets. All townships are equipped with furniture, kitchen appliances, boilers and heaters and have everything necessary for quick connection to electricity and water supply networks.
