Designing. Development of road traffic. The city of Bila Tserkva

“E S U” LLC, commissioned by the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Bila Tserkva City Council, performed project work on the development of road traffic schemes on the central streets of Bila Tserkva – Blvd. M. Hrushevskyi, str. Yarmarkova, str. Gogolya, str. Kovbasyuka, str. Pravednykiv svitu.

Schemes are developed in accordance with the requirements of current regulatory documents, taking into account DSTU, updated in 2021, such as DSTU 4100:2021 Road safety. Road signs. General technical conditions, DSTU 2587:2021 Road traffic safety. Road markings. General technical conditions.

Technical facilities provided by the project on the streets being designed include new road signs, road markings and existing traffic lights.

Parking spaces are provided for more than 250 cars, including vehicles for people with disabilities.

Measures are provided for the needs of less mobile population groups and persons with physical disabilities. The project provides for the arrangement of bicycle lanes on the str. G. Kovbasyuk, str. Pravednykiv svitu.

The project solutions will allow to streamline the movement of automobile and bicycle transport in the central part of the city (including the area of the central market), will ensure the comfort of movement of pedestrians and persons with limited physical capabilities, and in general, will contribute to the development of the city’s road and transport infrastructure.
